“Could you send
that link again?”
The worksheet is in one email. The replay is in another. The useful conversation is somewhere else entirely.
Keep the learning, conversations and next steps connected—so your clients have somewhere to turn between the moments they spend with you.
Explore the client experience Your method. Your people. Your brand.
01 / The space between sessions
Your client leaves with clarity. Then the day gets busy, the worksheet gets lost and the next step slips down the list.
Meanwhile, you’re resending links, answering familiar questions and keeping several different tools in sync.
Aucoto Community brings your programme, people and practical support into one branded home. A clearer experience for clients. Less holding all the pieces together for you.
Sound familiar?
The worksheet is in one email. The replay is in another. The useful conversation is somewhere else entirely.
Without an easy place to revisit the work, a clear intention can become a distant memory.
Messages arrive across email, social groups and personal chat. Small requests quietly fill the spaces in your day.
Consulting clients need somewhere to return to the guidance and raise the questions that emerge in practice.
You want to reach more people without delivering every familiar explanation from scratch.
People who would value continued learning and connection have no clear place to go next.
A more connected client experience
A clear welcome.
A useful starting point.
The resources and people
to support the practice.
A next chapter,
when it’s right for them.
02 / Your work, brought together
Your approach stays personal. The experience around it becomes easier to follow.
Put your frameworks, short lessons, worksheets and recordings into a programme clients can return to. A clear next step, with the resources that support it.

Organise chapters and lessons around the journey. Release material gradually when it suits your programme.
Keep the framework, reflection prompt and supporting discussion close to the work they relate to.
Give repeatable knowledge a lasting home, leaving your live time for the questions that need you.
Bring direct messages and group conversations alongside your programme. Give clients a defined place to ask, reflect and learn from others—with clear expectations about when you respond.

Bring people working through the same programme together to exchange approaches and thoughtful questions.
Follow up one to one without moving the everyday programme conversation into a personal social-media inbox.
Explain what’s included, where questions belong and your response window. Connection needn’t mean constant availability.
Agree what belongs in a shared space. Sensitive personal or business matters need an appropriate channel and clear client agreements.
Group coaching, implementation clinics, workshops or office hours. Keep the purpose, joining details and RSVP in one place, then add your replay and useful next steps afterwards.

Invite clients to bring a real situation, so the session starts with the work that matters.
A clear event page with time, location or meeting link. Fewer forwarded invitations to search through.
Upload a recording and supporting resources so the learning is still there after the call.
Use your existing meeting tool, or discuss native live features for your selected plan. Recordings are uploaded by you.
03 / For the work after the handover
A recommendation is only useful when people can put it to work.
Give consulting clients a home for the walkthroughs, templates and conversations around implementation. Keep the explanation accessible as different people start using it.
Use short lessons and practical examples to explain the thinking behind your recommendations.
Hold implementation clinics and focused discussions around the challenges clients encounter.
Bring reusable guidance together so the value doesn’t depend on finding the original presentation.
A home for learning and collaboration—not a replacement for your project-management system or confidential client records.
04 / More ways to deliver your value
Build around the way you work today. Add new formats when they serve your clients and your business.
Combine a resource library and agreed between-session conversations with the personal attention your clients value.
Bring a group through your programme with lessons, live sessions and conversations that connect the experience.
Offer paid access to useful learning, discussion and a defined rhythm of support. Be explicit about what membership includes.
Let past clients choose to stay connected through shared learning and events—without making continued access a condition of their progress.
More connection. More intention.
A stronger client experience should support your life as well as your work.
The platform creates the space. You decide how to hold it.
05 / Start with something useful
Your branding, your colours and your domain. A destination that feels like part of your practice.
You don’t need a vast content library to begin. Start with one programme or client group, the resources they need and a rhythm you can sustain.
A new cohort, a client resource hub or a focused membership.
A welcome, the essential guidance and the next live session.
Learn from what clients actually use, ask and come back for.
Before you begin
Both. You can build shared resources around your 1:1 work, bring a cohort together, or create a membership. Choose the content and access structure to suit your agreements with clients. You do not need to turn every private engagement into a group experience.
Yes. Aucoto Community supports free and paid access, memberships, paid channels, courses and ticketed events. The right structure, payment setup and costs should be agreed around your offer. A platform helps deliver the value; it does not guarantee demand or recurring revenue.
Public, private and paid spaces let you organise access intentionally. We should review who needs to see what before setup. A private space is not a substitute for client confidentiality agreements or a security review, especially for sensitive business or personal information.
Yes. Create event pages, collect RSVPs and keep joining details alongside your programme. Use a link to your existing meeting tool, or discuss native live options available on your plan. You can upload recordings afterwards, with appropriate permission from participants.
Not necessarily. It brings courses, resources, community conversations, memberships and events together. Keep specialist appointment booking, proposals, contracts, project management and confidential records in the systems suited to those jobs. Any integrations need to be assessed rather than assumed.
Yes. Use your name, logo, colours and custom domain. Members can access the experience on the web and through mobile devices. A fully branded iOS and Android app is an optional upgrade, subject to plan, pricing and eligibility.
Migration may be possible for selected members, courses, posts or subscriptions. We need to review your current platform and content first. Start with what is useful now; complete chat-history or account migration should not be assumed.
No. A useful community still needs a clear purpose, thoughtful facilitation and relevant content. Aucoto gives that work an organised home. Client participation, progress and retention also depend on the people, your offer and the quality of the work itself.
Aucoto Community / Coaches & consultants
A programme people can follow. A community they can turn to.
An experience that feels like you.
