Aucoto Community / For gyms

Make your gym
feel like
their gym.

More than a place to train.
A community to be part of.

Bring members, coaches, guidance and events together in one branded home. Make the first month clearer—and the time between visits more connected.

Explore the gym experience
A coach and gym members chatting together after a small-group session
Built around your peopleNot just their membership.
New here? Start with a hello.

Meet the coaches. Find your feet. Feel part of it.

01 A clearer first month.

02 Connection between visits.

03 More visible member value.

01 / Beyond the sign-up

The membership
is the beginning.
Not the relationship.

A new member joins. The welcome email goes out. Then real life gets in the way.

They miss a session, cannot find the guide, or do not know which coach to ask. Meanwhile, your team is answering the same questions in reception, email and personal messages.

Aucoto Community gives the life around your gym a clearer home. Somewhere to find a familiar face, ask a question and discover the next thing to be part of.

Sound familiar?

Small moments. A bigger impact on belonging.

01 / The welcome

“I’ve joined.
Now what?”

The induction happens, but the next step is not always obvious.

02 / The confidence gap

“Everyone seems to
know everyone.”

New members can feel outside the community before they have had a chance to join it.

03 / The lost message

“Where did you
send that?”

Useful guidance disappears into old messages and social feeds.

04 / The interrupted routine

“I haven’t been
in a while.”

When life gets busy, coming back can feel like starting again.

05 / The repeated question

“Can someone send
me the details?”

Your coaches and front desk become the search engine for everything.

06 / The value question

“What am I
getting from this?”

The wider value of membership is easy to miss when the experience is disconnected.

02 / From joining to belonging

Help the first visit
become part of their week.

01

Getting started

A familiar face before
the first session.

Introduce the coaches. Explain what to expect. Keep the welcome guide and everyday questions somewhere easy to find.

Welcome videos · Coach introductions
02

Finding a rhythm

Keep the connection
when life gets busy.

Useful guidance, a coach to ask and a group to return to. Help members stay connected without turning a missed session into a guilt trip.

Shared resources · Group conversations
03

Feeling part of it

More people to recognise.
More ways to join in.

A workshop, a social walk or people at a similar stage. Let members choose the groups and experiences that matter to them.

Community events · Shared moments

03 / A closer look

Your gym.
In the moments between visits.

Less lost in the DMs.
More connected to your team.

Give everyday questions and group conversations a home alongside the people, resources and events they relate to.

Common Ground Gym group chat: a coach welcomes new members and answers a question about the welcome session. A direct message helps a member find the getting-started guide.

A person to ask.

Help new members find the right coach or front-desk contact.

A space for each group.

New members, coached cohorts and social groups, without overwhelming the whole-gym feed.

Boundaries that work.

Set clear response times and responsibilities. Connected does not mean on call all day.

Let good coaching
keep being useful.

Turn the explanations your team repeats into a useful library. Welcome videos, gym guidance and workshop recordings, organised into clear lessons and resources.

Common Ground Gym Start here course with three welcome lessons, a coach introduction video and a downloadable welcome guide.

A clearer first month.

A Start here course helps members get familiar with your gym at their own pace.

Expertise in one place.

Give your team’s guidance a shared home members can return to.

Keep the learning going.

Questions and discussion sit alongside the material, not in a separate inbox.

Your coaches create the content. Aucoto gives it a clearer home, alongside in-person inductions and individual coaching.

An easier way to say
“I’ll come along.”

A welcome session. A coach-led workshop. A Saturday social walk. Bring the details and RSVP together, so people know what to expect and how to take part.

Common Ground Gym events: a welcome session with time, reception meeting point, coach and RSVP, followed by a Saturday social walk.

Know what to expect.

Give each gathering a clear purpose, time and place.

Bring it together.

Keep resources and conversations close to the event.

Keep class booking simple.

Link to your existing booking system when members need to reserve a class.

Community RSVPs support gatherings. Keep specialist class timetables, capacity management and waitlists in your existing booking tool.

05 / Give your team some breathing room

Coaches.
Not search engines.

“Where’s the guide?”
“Who do I ask?”
“When’s the workshop?”

Bring the answers together. Publish the useful update once. Keep key guidance visible. Give coaches and reception a shared place to point people towards.

Less copying, forwarding and explaining where everything lives. More space for the human part of the job.

06 / A membership with more meaning

Make the value
easier to feel.

Retention

Support the reasons
to stay.

A clearer welcome, useful guidance and stronger connections give members more to engage with. Build an experience worth returning to—not just another renewal reminder.

Joining

Make the first step
less uncertain.

Show prospective members your community through public welcome content and introductions. After they join, give them a clear invitation into the member space.

Your difference

More than equipment.
More than price.

Your coaches, your culture, your expertise. Bring those things forward under your own name and brand, so people can see what makes your gym yours.

07 / Keep it purposeful

Start with
one useful change.

  1. 01

    Pick the gap.

A better first month, fewer repeated questions or a more connected coaching group.

  2. 02

Make it feel like your gym.

Your branding, a few purposeful spaces and content your members will actually use.

  3. 03

    Invite. Listen. Improve.

Start with a manageable group, make the welcome personal and build from what helps.

08 / The practical questions

A clear fit.
No guesswork.

Does this replace our gym-management software?

No. Keep the tools you use for direct debits, class booking, attendance, door entry and staff rotas. Aucoto is the member-community layer for conversations, learning, events and shared resources. Integrations need to be assessed separately.

Can members book classes here?

Aucoto supports community event pages and RSVPs. Do not treat that as a class-booking system with live capacity, passes or waitlists. Keep class booking in your existing tool and link to it from your community.

Can we offer paid learning or additional community access?

You can create free and paid access options and gated spaces or learning experiences. We would check how that fits your current membership offer, payment arrangements and member access before setting it up. It does not automatically synchronise with your gym’s billing system.

Can coaches share training guidance?

Yes—your team can publish videos, lessons, resources and discussions. Keep content within your coaches’ qualifications and your gym’s processes. Aucoto is not a workout tracker, form-analysis tool or substitute for individual assessment and coaching.

Will it automatically identify members at risk of leaving?

No automatic attendance monitoring or churn prediction is being promised. Your team can use conversations and feedback to understand member needs; visit data and integrations must be assessed separately. Retention still depends on the quality, accessibility and value of the whole gym experience. Aucoto supports the relationship; it does not guarantee renewals.

How do we keep the space welcoming?

Set clear conduct and photo-sharing rules, decide who moderates each space and explain where to raise a concern. Avoid asking people to post sensitive health information in group discussions. Make participation inviting, not compulsory.

Can it carry our brand and work on mobile?

Yes. Use your gym’s name, logo, colours and domain, with access on web and mobile devices. A fully branded iOS and Android app is an optional upgrade; pricing and eligibility are separate.

Is it only for large gyms?

No. A focused community can work around a single studio, an independent gym or a coach-led group. Start with a clear audience and purpose. For multiple locations, review the structure and access needs before choosing a setup.

Your gym. Your people. More connected.

Build the community
around the gym
you’ve built.

Help the first hello become a familiar face. Give your expertise somewhere to live. Keep your people connected beyond the gym floor.
