Give your teaching
a life beyond
the lesson.

Your expertise is the beginning.
The experience around it matters.

Bring your courses, cohorts, conversations and live sessions into one branded learning community. A clear place to learn, ask and put ideas into practice.

Fieldwork Academy brings a practical leadership course, a first-week welcome and a cohort introduction into one learning community.

01 / An experience, not just an enrolment

They signed up to learn.
Not to find the right link.

The lesson is in one place. The worksheet is in an email. The useful question is in a group chat. And your team is holding it all together.

Aucoto Community connects the parts of your learner experience: structured content, practical resources, tutor conversations and the people learning alongside them.

For independent educators, adult learning providers and training businesses that want their programmes to feel as joined-up as their teaching.

02 / The friction around the learning

Good teaching.
Too many loose ends.

The lost link

“Where was that resource?”

Your team resends the same worksheets, recordings and joining details instead of focusing on the people who need their help.

The quiet learner

“I’m stuck. Who do I ask?”

A full course library doesn’t always give someone the confidence to take the next step. Questions need somewhere to go.

The learning gap

“I understand it. Now what?”

The real questions often arrive when people try to use an idea at work or in everyday life—after the lesson is over.

The scattered cohort

“Are we all in the same place?”

Different tools, separate chats and another round of forwarded updates. A shared programme can feel surprisingly disconnected.

03 / A connected learning journey

A place to learn.
People to learn with.

Bring the course, the conversation and the opportunity to practise into the same experience.

Courses · Lessons · Resources

Give the learning
a clear shape.

Organise your knowledge into chapters and lessons, with the videos, reading and practical resources that support each step. Give new learners a welcome they can follow and a clear place to begin.

A Practical Leadership course presents three lessons, a tutor video, lesson discussion and a downloadable conversation planner.

Build a path, not a pile.

Bring the explanation and supporting material together. Release content gradually when that suits your programme.

Make useful work reusable.

Keep your core teaching available between sessions, leaving live time for examples, questions and the things that need a conversation.

Cohort spaces · Group chat · Direct messages

No one has to learn
in a room on their own.

Give each cohort a place to ask, compare approaches and share what they’re trying. Keep tutor conversations close to the course, with 1:1 messages for questions that don’t belong in the wider group.

Priya and Ben discuss applying lesson two with their tutor, while Jamie uses a direct message to find a course resource.

Let one answer help more people.

Keep useful questions in shared spaces and pin essential guidance. Learners can see the conversation instead of asking from scratch.

Support with clear boundaries.

Explain where questions belong and when tutors respond. A connected experience doesn’t need to become an always-on promise.

Live sessions · Events · RSVPs · Replays

Bring a real question.
Take the learning further.

Use workshops, tutor clinics and cohort discussions to explore what happens when people put the teaching into practice. Keep event details and RSVPs together, then add recordings and resources afterwards.

A live practice session invites the cohort to bring a real conversation, with an RSVP, a space for questions and follow-up resources.

Make live time purposeful.

Invite questions beforehand so your session can focus on real situations, not only repeat the lesson.

Leave a way back in.

Upload a replay and practical prompts so learners who missed the session can revisit the work and join the discussion.

Use an external meeting link or discuss native live features for your chosen plan. Recordings are uploaded by your team.

04 / A calmer delivery day

More room to teach.
Less holding the pieces together.

A clearer experience for learners starts with a clearer system for your team.

Give programme updates, frequently asked questions, resources and session details an agreed home. Tutors and administrators can point people to the same place.

Keep shared course materials organised and use dedicated spaces for cohort conversations. Useful knowledge can stay available without rebuilding the entire experience around every new group.

A clear welcome

What to do first.
Where to get help.

A familiar structure

Resources where
people expect them.

A shared rhythm

Updates, questions
and sessions in context.

05 / Built around the way you teach

One home.
More than one way to learn.

01 / Self-paced courses

Flexible doesn’t have to mean alone.

Keep lessons and resources available alongside a place to ask questions and learn from other people’s experiences.

02 / Cohort programmes

A shared journey, with room to talk.

Bring a group together around structured content, tutor sessions and conversation between the teaching moments.

03 / Blended training

Connect the room and the rest of the week.

Share preparation before an in-person workshop, then keep resources and follow-up discussion together afterwards.

04 / Ongoing professional learning

A place to keep developing.

Combine an evolving resource library with peer exchange, expert sessions and the questions that come from practice.

06 / After the final lesson

The course can finish.
The connection doesn’t have to.

Give the people who want to keep learning a meaningful next chapter.

An alumni space. Further courses. A membership with useful resources and regular sessions. Aucoto Community supports free, paid and tiered access, so your offer can match the value you provide.

Make the next step relevant and the ongoing commitment clear. Continued participation comes from a useful experience—not simply from having a platform.

Your academy. Your approach. Your brand.

Make it feel like
part of your teaching.

Use your logo, colours and domain to create a recognisable home for your programmes. Give learners access on mobile and desktop, with simple guidance on how to get started.

Start with one programme, the resources you already have and the conversations that matter. We’ll help shape a setup that fits the experience you want to deliver.

07 / Before you begin

The practical
questions.

Can we use our existing lessons and resources?

Yes. Courses, lessons and resource spaces can bring together material you have the rights to share. We’ll review your content, supported formats and the structure you need when planning the setup. Moving from another platform may need preparation; automatic migration from every system isn’t assumed.

Can we organise separate cohorts?

Dedicated channels and spaces can give different groups a focused place to learn and talk. We’ll agree how course content, conversations and access should be organised for your programmes. Complex organisation-level permissions or automatic cohort provisioning need a separate requirements check.

Can we combine self-paced lessons and live teaching?

Yes. Bring courses and resources together with events, RSVPs and discussion. You can use external meeting links, or discuss native live features for your plan. Your team can upload recordings afterwards so learners have somewhere to revisit the session.

Is this a replacement for our LMS?

That depends on what your learning management system needs to do. Aucoto Community connects content, conversations, events and membership. If you depend on SCORM or xAPI, detailed learner records, integrations or formal reporting, we need to check those requirements before recommending a replacement. It may be a complementary community layer instead.

What about assessment, certificates and accreditation?

Do not assume formal assessment, grading, certificates or accreditation are included in the community setup. Tell us about your programme and any awarding-body requirements so we can establish what must remain in specialist systems and what the community should support around them.

Can we offer paid programmes or ongoing membership?

Yes. Free, paid and tiered access can support different learning offers, including ongoing communities. We’ll define the access and experience around your programme. The platform supports delivery; enrolments, completion, renewals and revenue still depend on your offer and the experience learners receive.

Will it work on mobile and reflect our brand?

Your community can use your logo, colours and custom domain, with responsive access on phones and computers. A separate branded app is optional. We’ll also discuss the needs of your learners; clear onboarding and suitable content remain important for people with different levels of digital confidence.

Do we have to rebuild everything before launching?

No. Start with a clear audience, one useful programme and a manageable structure. A welcome, key resources, a conversation space and your next session can provide a focused starting point. Keep specialist tools where you need them and develop the experience as you learn what your learners value.
