Bring regular sessions into your community with one monthly allowance shared across meetings and webinars.
Up to 300 attendees for meetings or webinars. Live 300 includes 20 live hours per month across both event types. Meetings always cap at 300 attendees.
Need more than 300 webinar attendees? Contact us for larger-event pricing. Higher capacity requires an agreed upgrade; when creating an event above 300 attendees, you’ll be prompted to choose Webinar.
Extra live hours: £3 per hour, purchased or approved in advance. No automatic overage charges.

Storage is the total space your files occupy, not a monthly upload allowance.
BRANDED MOBILE APP

Email bundles, Live Events, storage and branded apps are monthly add-ons. Pay-as-you-go emails are charged by usage. The annual subscription saving and sector discount do not apply to add-ons.

Schools, churches and charities can apply for 20% off an annual community subscription, subject to an eligibility check.
That’s on top of the annual saving. The discount applies to the subscription only and continues at renewal while you remain eligible.

Eligibility is checked before a discount code is issued. Add-ons and paid services are excluded.
THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
The annual subscription costs nine times the monthly price and is paid upfront for 12 months of access. For example, Grow is £1,071 per year instead of £1,428 across 12 monthly payments. The same annual pricing structure applies at renewal.
No. The plans are priced per community, not per member. For exceptionally large communities, we’ll agree capacity and requirements before you join.
Launch includes 10 published courses, Grow includes 100, and Scale includes unlimited published courses. Draft courses don’t count towards the published-course allowance. Your plan’s storage allowance still applies to uploaded course content.
Files uploaded to your community, such as images, documents and hosted videos, use storage. Your allowance is total occupied space. Extra storage is a separate monthly add-on; additional charges must be agreed, not applied unexpectedly.
Event listings and RSVPs are included in every community plan. Native meetings and webinars use a separate Live Events package: Live 300 is £49 per month with 20 shared live hours. The hours allowance covers both event types combined.
No. Meetings always cap at 300 attendees. Live 300 also supports webinars with up to 300 attendees. For a larger webinar, contact us to agree capacity and pricing first. Events above 300 attendees require Webinar as the event type; choosing it alone does not increase your allowance.
Each community has one monthly allowance shared across meetings and webinars. A one-hour meeting plus a two-hour webinar uses three live hours in total. The allowance is event time, not attendee-hours. Extra hours are £3 per hour and must be purchased or approved in advance.

Yes. All plans include paid memberships and gated content. Aucoto does not add a platform transaction fee; your payment provider’s fees still apply.
